Carlie brings 25 years of distribution management with multiple facilities within the Pacific Cascade organization. Carlie focuses on Operational Excellence and LEAN initiatives. Carlie oversees the daily activities of the warehouse including labor planning and scheduling, management and proper utilization of space and equipment, and ensuring the facility is clean and organized.
